We have two Group Training formats:
This Heart-rate Based Interval Training (featuring MYZONE technology) session is our version of a cardio workout (but a lot more fun!). We utilize metabolic movements (large muscle groups) with little rest in between exercises to maximize calorie burn during and after the workout. Each participant can view their heart rates on our 70″ big screen, allowing both the trainer and client to see exactly what heart rate zone they are working in. More importantly, it shows us when you should work and when you should rest for maximum calorie burn. We use a variety of equipment such the TRX, kettlebells, ropes, sleds, sandbags, slam balls, specialized treadmills and more into an interval-style workout. You’ll have a blast and you’ll torch fat! 45 minutes.
Our MUVStrong group fitness training session is designed to take the place of a full body strength workout. These types of workouts are our #1 priority – to burn calories and build lean muscle to boost your metabolism for the long term. These group sessions focus on developing power, strength, stability, and core strength. You will lift weights that are challenging for the prescribed repetitions. Everyone goes at their own pace, but each week we push ourselves to lift a little more than the week before. 50 minutes.
