Here’s what we built out for you…

  • Complete DAILY accountability: That’s right, you won’t stray from this routine, because we’ll be in touch with you on a daily basis to remind you WHAT to do and WHY you’re doing it! We're here to rise above the workout, and make sure you actually stick with things. 
  • ​​Habit Change: This goes hand-in-hand with the Accountability. Together we’ll identify your WORST habit…the one you KNOW is holding you back, and build a plan to destroy it. More importantly, we’ll help you REPLACE that habit with a pattern that builds you up!  
  • ​Fat-Burning Nutrition: This is a given. And we have this part down cold! Fact: When you stick with the nutrition coaching we provide, you WILL drop the weight. Period.
  • ​Metabolic Training Sessions: This is where the rubber meets the road…These routines are proven to light a fire under your metabolism! You’ll actually be burning extra calories up to 48 hours AFTER the workout is over. You will have access to our personal training sessions for the duration of the program where you have a coach by your side every single workout so you don't have ever have think to worry if what you're doing is right for you!

I want to be very clear – this may be an important consideration for you – our program is NOT for people who just want to “get their butts kicked” or walk out of a workout feeling like they’ve been hit by a bus. Form and function are two very important factors in our training program. Don’t worry, we’ll educate you on both.

This will get you prepared to rock the Stronger in 6 Weeks program. Get your initial assessment,  go over the program and get all the tools needed before starting.

We'll give you specific foods and portions to shoot for and weekly check ins to see how you're doing.   You'll have what you need to Succeed!

Flexible Scheduling

You get an Online account and can schedule your training sessions on days and times convenient for you. No recurring appointments needed! 

Daily Lessons

Throughout the program, you'll receive a daily lesson to inspire, encourage, and motivate you to keep going!

We provide access to delicious recipes to take the guess work out of your nutrition.

What is the Fee for the Program? 

Your fee is depends on the option you choose. Pricing ranges from $199-$599.  Space is limited and this program fills up fast. 

Who is this for?

Any fitness level can participate in this program. If you've struggled before with getting results with a fitness program, this is for you. Our trainers will custom build YOUR program to YOUR specific needs, even if you have prior injuries. We customize the experience to you. 

4. What if my schedule changes weekly?

We get it! In fact about 75% of our clients here have schedules that change on the frequent (we have a lot of nurses for example). You get an online account and sign up for sessions that work for YOUR schedule each week. It can be different days and times each week - you choose! You also can use your total sessions anyway you want. You also can choose between In-Person and Virtual Personal Training sessions. (virtual sessions are done over Zoom so we can coach you in real time during sessions done at home!)

What is the Nutrition Plan like?

We teach you how to eat real food. We will help you kick the junk and craft easy, delicious recipes the whole family will enjoy.  We work to keep it simple to take the guesswork out. Eat real food and watch the weight come off! 

What are the sessions like? 

Our personal training sessions have 1-4 clients sharing the attention of the coach,  but you'll be doing your OWN custom workout built for YOUR goals and YOUR ability. No competing or keeping up with others. This is about YOU.

You will have your coach right there coaching, encouraging, motivating and pushing you.
