2 Levels of Virtual Training to Choose From
We understand that everyone has different needs and equipment when working out from home. That’s why we offer 2 virtual training programs to meet the needs of each of our clients.
Basics: Program Design + Coaching
- Virtually meet with a MUVFit coach to discuss goals and outline the design of your custom program
- Your Coach will deliver a custom program every 6 weeks based on what you have access to and how much time you have to exercise
- Your workout program will be delivered via our exclusive app and includes exercise videos, workout instruction, and much more!
- Complete the workouts on your own time when it works for your schedule each day
- Get unlimited access (via our app) to your Coach for questions/checkins
- Virtually meet with your coach once per month to discuss progress and strategy for the next month
VIP: Virtual Custom Personal TrainingÂ
- Virtually meet with a MUVFit coach to discuss goals and outline the design of your custom program
- Your Coach will deliver a custom program that includes 2-3 Virtual Personal Training sessions per week (9-13 per month).
- Schedule Virtual Personal Training sessions (conducted via Zoom) when it’s convenient for you each week – we have options available throughout the day.
- Every session will be instructed by one of our expert Personal Trainers in real time. You will be pushed, encouraged, supported and held accountable to your goals.
